Sorry for the lack of posting lately and failing to post this week’s “How Pinteresting”. I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress from work and my neck and back have been screaming at me. I finally started to feel normal again last night after multiple icings and heat cream. We’ll see how long that lasts for.
If you’re following my Twitter feed (@thejoeyroberts), then you’ll notice I attempted a Harry Potter movie marathon on Tuesday night. I ended falling asleep on the couch in the middle of Prisoner of Azkaban and proceeded to switch it up and finally watch all of Firefly. That TV show is ridiculously amazing. Once I’m done, I’m going back and finishing my HP marathon. At some point in between and after, I plan on finding time to catch up on my comics and figure out which one I want to take with me to Comic-Con next week.
I still can’t believe in less than a week, the boyfriend and I will be road tripping down to San Diego for Comic-Con 2012! This event is insanely huge! I spent about 2 hours last night going over the programming and autograph schedules to pick out which ones I wanted to hit and a few that I knew he would want to check out. We haven’t even begun to check the exhibit hall floor plan. If you’re attending the event this year, I highly recommend checking out the MySchedule section of the site. It’s a great way to go through the schedules and star the ones you’re interested in. It’s a great tool when you’re tackling such a huge event and need to keep track of the places you want to go to. I just wish they had a similar tool for the exhibit hall. I don’t even know how we’re going to find the time to visit the hundreds of booths there!
Now I just need to find a way to get this stupid grin off my face.
